Just in case there is anyone hoping to make a film in the traditional way ie chemical printing.
I am still negative cutting 35mm and 16mm original negative for artists and old school film makers.
I can work with EDL or work print, in PAL or NTSC, with 2, 3 or 4 perf 35mm i can also cut negative overlength for scanning with a conform disc to suit.

Let me know if i can help. I was the negative cutter on Troy, Batman Begins, Kingdom of Heavan, King Auther, Midsommer Murders, Spooks, to name but a few.

Hi Alan,

I am really interested in participating in the 3 minute film workshop. Ideally I would like to operate or light the film. I work as a focus puller at the moment and have lit a few films projects / commercial pieces and am looking to do more. I would love the opportunity to shoot under the guidance of a really experienced D.O.P and to shoot and light more, and this workshop would be perfect.
Please could you let me know if my expectations of doing either of these roles on the workshop are realistic.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Best wishes,

Fran.
