| Workshop: 3 Minute Film | Experienced camera origination crew will mentor delegates on use of one of three high-end HD cameras (Arri Alexa, Red, Panasonic) to a script provided in advance. The Encounters Short Film & Animation Film Festival will waive the entry fees for these 3 films if the ‘teams’ wish to enter them into the September 2012 Festival. On Friday 25th May for £50 there are 8 places on each of three ‘Shooting a Short Film’ practical courses. A BSC Cinematographer will mentor delegates on use of three high-end HD cameras: Arri Alexa, Red, Panasonic, to a script provided in advance. The Encounters Short Film & Animation Film Festival will waive the entry fees for these 3 films if the ‘teams’ wish to enter them into the September 2012 Festival. This special event is supported by Creative Skillset, the BSC and Encounters.
There will also be equipment demonstrations, screenings and Q&As with BSC Cinematographers all weekend.
